With extensive cash reserves we’re a genuine cash buyer and complete deals without the need for external funding and with no red tape internally, we’re free from delays caused by complex internal structures.

We will also consider land opportunities that could deliver both residential properties and a care home facility along with our development partner CAREBASE.

Focus on Greater London Boroughs zones 2-6

£500-£1250 £/sq.ft sales values.

Up and coming locations, with above average
house price inflation potential e.g. close proximity
to recently enhanced transport hubs.

Sites where we can add value through obtaining planning permission.
